The rental is granted through a seasonal rental contract established between the tenant and the owner of the gîte. No intermediary or central booking office is involved in this case.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax is to be added to our rates. From 1 January 2019, the tourist tax amounts to 5% of the cost of the overnight stay per person, up to a maximum of 1.5 EUR per night. This tax is paid by us to the Community Council of Angers Loire Métropole. More details on the tourist tax and the reasons for exemption on the Angers Loire Métropole website.
Our price includes the following
Sheets and towels; electricity; cold and hot water; wifi internet; heating.
Household supplement
You must return the accommodation in the condition in which you found it, i.e. clean! If you do not wish or are unable to end your stay with a household, we ask you for a flat-rate household supplement of 20 EUR.
Long stay rates
The weekly price applies to bookings from 7 to 27 nights. The price per month applies to bookings of 28 nights or more. Weekly and monthly prices are calculated on a pro rata basis according to the number of nights booked.
Booking
A seasonal rental contract will be established at the time of booking. A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking. The reservation will become effective as soon as you have returned a copy of the contract accompanied by the mentioned deposit.
Payment
You can pay by cheque or bank transfer.
Payment is made on arrival. For long periods (more than one month), you pay at the beginning of the month.
Cancellation
Your deposit will be refunded if the cancellation occurs: More than 60 days before the departure of the rental: 75% of the amount paid; From 59 to 30 days: 50% of the amount paid; Less than 30 days: no refund.
Issuing an invoice
We can issue an invoice, upon payment, accepted by your company’s accounting department for reimbursement.
